The +GF+ Signet 3‑3719‑21 is the 3719 pH/ORP Wet-Tap retraction assembly with a 2″ NPT branch connection, sized for DN150 - DN300 (6-12″) mains. Key specifications include CPVC/FKM/316SS wetted hardware, maximum 6.9 bar @ 25°C operating pressure, ≤ 3 m/s flow velocity, double O‑ring isolation, cam‑activated SafeLoc™ lock, and no separate valve needed. It accepts Twist‑Lock or DryLoc® pH/ORP electrodes (2716/2756/2757 families) paired with 2750/2751 electronics for 4-20 mA or S³L output.
This assembly enables you to hot‑tap, retract, and swap pH/ORP electrodes without shutting down pressurized lines, providing continuous pH/ORP monitoring for applications including neutralization, effluent compliance, scrubber control, and wastewater dosing. The short‑stroke O‑ring seal combined with SafeLoc technology ensures operator safety, while any‑angle mounting accommodates large pipework installations where shutdowns would be costly and disruptive.
