The +GF+ Signet 3‑2450‑7L is a gauge pressure sensor built for continuous liquid pressure and level monitoring in corrosive process environments. Its one‑piece injection‑molded PVDF housing and flush ceramic diaphragm (PTFE‑protected) deliver broad chemical compatibility where metal sensors fail. Key specs: 0–3.4 bar (0–50 psi) range, ±1% FS accuracy @ 25 °C, <100 ms response, 4–20 mA output @ 12–24 VDC, and a 4.6 m shielded 3‑conductor cable with ¾" NPT conduit entry and ½" male union process connection.
The sensor feeds a loop‑powered 4–20 mA signal directly into a PLC/DCS analog input (or Signet 8450/8900 transmitter/controller) to enable pump‑protection interlocks, tank level control, pressure‑regulation loops, and high/low alarm logic without extra signal conditioning. Typical use cases include wastewater lift stations, chemical dosing skids, scrubber & HVAC systems, irrigation controls, and corrosive liquid transfer — anywhere metallic sensors corrode prematurely.
