The IRAYPLE A5031MU815 is a compact, high-frame-rate monochrome area scan camera designed for demanding industrial automation applications. It features a 1/4-inch PYTHON 300 global shutter CMOS sensor, delivering 0.3MP (640x480) resolution at an ultra-fast 815 fps. Key parameters include a 4.8μm pixel size, 10-bit depth, >38 dB SNR, and >60 dB dynamic range. Its primary use is for high-speed inspection, barcode reading, and defect detection on fast-moving production lines.
This camera integrates powerful Image Signal Processing (ISP) functions including sharpness, noise reduction, gamma correction, and LUT. It supports software, hardware, and free-run trigger modes, along with ROI, binning, and mirroring functions. A major advantage is its 128MB onboard cache for reliable data transmission in burst mode and its compact 29x29x29mm design. Compliant with USB3 Vision and GenICam standards, it operates reliably in harsh environments from -30°C to +50°C, making it ideal for logistics, electronics manufacturing, and medical imaging.
