The BECKHOFF EL3314 is a high-precision eddy-current proximity transducer system engineered for critical machinery monitoring in industrial automation. Designed for non-contact measurement of shaft vibration, position, and eccentricity, this system comprises a -8V DC powered probe with an integral armored cable and demodulating transducer. The probe features an Inconel® 718 tip and PEEK housing rated for continuous operation at 200°C (392°F), making it suitable for gas turbines, steam turbines, and high-speed compressors. Its corrosion-resistant construction withstands harsh environments including chemical exposure and high humidity. Compliant with API 670 5th Edition standards, the EL3314 delivers ±1% linearity across standard measurement ranges (0-2mm/80mil) with a resolution of 0.1μm. The system integrates seamlessly with Bently Nevada’s 3500/System 1® monitoring platforms for predictive maintenance.
