With a standard sensing range of 2 mm (SN) and an adjustable operating range of 0-1.6 mm (SA), it accurately identifies ferrous and non-ferrous targets, including steel, aluminum, and copper alloys.
Its 3,000 Hz switching frequency and 0.5 ms response time ensure rapid object detection in high-speed conveyor systems or robotics. The sensor features short-circuit protection, reverse-polarity protection, and an IP67-rated nickel-plated brass housing, making it resistant to dust, water jets, and harsh chemicals.
Designed for space-constrained installations, the IS 212MM/4N0-2E0-S12 boasts a cylindrical M12 x 60 mm housing with an embedded mounting option, ideal for flush or non-flush applications.
