The MTS RPS1750MD70AS2G1100 is a precision magnetostrictive linear position transducer engineered for extreme industrial environments. Designed with Temposonics® A-Series technology, it delivers non-contact absolute position measurement over a 1750mm (1.75m) stroke with ±0.05% FS accuracy. Its seamless 316L stainless-steel housing (IP67/IP69K-rated) withstands pressures up to 300 bar, aggressive coolants, and 100g mechanical shocks. Featuring both analog and digital outputs, the sensor enables real-time position feedback for hydraulic cylinders, presses, and mobile machinery while supporting SIL 2/PLe functional safety. IO-Link integration (G1100 suffix) facilitates plug-and-play Industry 4.0 connectivity.
