The sensor features a laser-welded 316L stainless-steel housing (IP68/IP69K rated) capable of withstanding 500-bar pressure, extreme temperatures (-40°C to +125°C), and 100g shock loads. Integrated IO-Link connectivity (MD601 suffix) enables real-time diagnostics and plug-and-play integration with Industry 4.0 systems. With dual-channel outputs (analog + digital) and SIL 2/PLe safety compliance, it delivers failsafe position feedback for hydraulic systems, press controls, and mobile equipment operating in harsh environments.
