The GF Signet GRTB18S P2317 is a clamp-on ultrasonic flow transmitter designed for non-invasive liquid measurement in harsh process environments. Featuring 316L stainless steel wetted parts and PPS/POM housing (suffix P2317), this sensor operates on transit-time difference principles to achieve ±0.5% accuracy. It includes dual-path ultrasonic transducers bonded to a rigid mounting bracket for vibration immunity, suitable for pipes from DN25 to DN3000. With IP68/NEMA 6P protection and -40°C to +80°C operational range, it delivers reliable flow data without process interruption. The unit's 4-20mA + HART/Pulse outputs enable direct integration with PLC/DCS systems across chemical, water, and energy applications.
Compatible with conductive/non-conductive liquids, excluding gases or steam.
Features patented Auto-Focus™ beam alignment for stable readings despite pipe wall scaling.
Field-switchable between forward/reverse flow detection without recalibration.
