The GF Flowline FU-77V is an intrinsically safe, microprocessor-based electro-pneumatic positioner engineered for precise valve actuation in hazardous process environments. Featuring an aluminum-alloy housing with ATEX/IECEx Zone 1/21 certifications, it converts 4-20mA control signals into pneumatic output (0.2-1.6 MPa) to position rotary or linear valves with 0.15% accuracy. The unit integrates dual-pressure sensors, adaptive digital tuning (DynaTune®), and an OLED display for real-time diagnostics. Designed for DIN rail or direct valve mounting (ISO 5211), its IP66/NEMA 4X-rated enclosure withstands extreme temperatures (-40°C to +85°C), vibration (10g @ 55Hz), and corrosive atmospheres. Supports NAMUR NE 107 diagnostics and SIL 2 safety compliance for critical control applications.
