Wilcoxon's LPS Series loop-powered vibration transmitters offer a direct 4-20 mA output signal, enabling seamless integration of vibration data into Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). This facilitates continuous monitoring of critical machinery, allowing plant personnel to trend overall vibration levels, correlate data with operating conditions, and proactively schedule maintenance. Designed for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, these self-contained units provide a reliable and cost-effective solution for machine health monitoring, reducing outages and downtime. They are available with various output signal types (peak, true peak, RMS) and measurement units (velocity or acceleration), and can be configured for specific frequency ranges or dual outputs including temperature or dynamic signals. Specialized models are available for hazardous area installations.
