The MEMSIC MXD6240/6241AU is an autonomous 8-angle programmable inclination sensor designed for tip-over detection. It features a single-wire digital output, built-in self-test, and high vibration immunity, making it ideal for applications where a microcontroller is not available. Its proprietary thermal accelerometer technology ensures robustness, reliability, and high accuracy in harsh environments. The device operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and is available in a compact 6-pin LCC package.
