The A19250 is a high-accuracy Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) Wheel Speed Sensor IC designed for applications requiring precise speed information. It integrates GMR sensor elements and BiCMOS circuits on a single chip, offering high accuracy and low magnetic field operation. The device features a two-wire current source output, supporting speed and ASIL compliance. Its SolidSpeed Digital Architecture ensures accurate edge performance even under extreme system disturbances. The A19250 is compatible with Hall effect sensor replacement and includes integrated diagnostics for ASIL B(D) rating. An integrated capacitor enhances EMC robustness, and an EEPROM provides device traceability.
