The A19301 is an optimized, two-wire Hall-effect integrated circuit (IC) designed for applications requiring accurate speed and direction determination of a sensed target. It features a compact, overmolded package with an integrated capacitor and Hall-based IC, plus a lead-stabilizing bar for robust handling and assembly. The SolidSpeed Digital Architecture ensures stable operation during dynamic air gap movements, providing highly accurate speed and rotational direction detection, making it ideal for ABS applications. Developed in accordance with ISO 26262, it serves as a hardware safety element with ASIL B(D) capability for automotive safety-related systems. Integrated EEPROM memory allows for device traceability throughout its lifecycle. The A19301 is available in a 2-pin SIP UB package, offering enhanced EMC performance.
