The Honeywell HumidIcon HIH6000 Series are digital output relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensors integrated into a single package. These sensors offer industry-leading long-term stability, reliability, and energy efficiency, providing a true temperature-compensated digital I2C or SPI output. They are designed for applications requiring precise humidity and temperature measurements, offering a lowest total cost solution by combining two sensors into one. The series provides various packaging options, including different housing styles (SIP 4-Pin or SOIC-8 SMD), filter choices (with or without hydrophobic filter), output protocols (I2C or SPI), and packaging formats (tape and boxed, tape and reel, or samples). Key advantages include high accuracy (4.5 %RH and 0.5 C), a wide operating temperature range (-40 C to 100 C), and energy-efficient operation with a low supply voltage and low power consumption in sleep mode. Applications include industrial HVAC/R, air compressors, weather stations, telecom cabinets, incubators, grain drying systems, and medical respiratory therapy.
