Digital Output: Flow = [I2C Output Reading] / K (K=1000 for 5 SLM Flow < 50 SLM; K=100 for 50 SLM Flow 300 SLM) (e.g., GF5150-D-A, reading 11055 = 110.55 SLM)
Usage Notes
Installation: Recommended pipe lengths: 10x diameter upstream, 5x diameter downstream. Ensure concentric installation and secure mounting. Airflow direction must match product indication. Connect wiring according to pin definitions.
Operational Precautions: Use within specified environments. Observe airflow direction during installation. Avoid simultaneous piping, cleaning, or introducing excessive impurities. Moisture and impurities may degrade sensor performance or cause damage. Ensure correct power polarity to prevent circuit damage. Confirm performance in actual usage conditions.
Safety Precautions: Use power and voltage within rated limits. Follow electrical definitions for wiring; reverse polarity can cause damage. Handle product fixing and pressure port connections with care. Implement safety designs (fuses, circuit breakers, redundancy) to prevent harm from malfunction.
I2C Communication Protocol Details
Supports standard mode (100Kbps).
I2C default address: 0x50.
Flow data is transmitted as 2 bytes (high byte, low byte).
Data unit is L/M (Liters per minute). Conversion to M/H: M = L / 1000 * 60.
Example: 16-bit data 0x03E8 (1000 decimal) with K=100 represents 10.00 L/M.
