The Piher PSC-360 is a cost-effective, non-contacting Hall-Effect rotary position sensor designed for high-performance applications in harsh environments. It offers 360-degree absolute position feedback with an endless mechanical rotational angle and no dead band, retaining position on power loss. The sensor is highly configurable with programmable electrical angles (15 to 360 degrees), adaptable transfer functions, switch outputs, and various output protocols. Its true contactless operation, utilizing a magnet securely fastened to the shaft as the only moving component, ensures limited wear and tear and an extended product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles. Ideal for industrial, transportation, marine, and home/building automation sectors, it is sealed, flange-mounted for easy positioning, and available with customizable connector configurations. Redundant versions with independent voltage outputs are also available.
