The Alliance Sensors Group LV-45 series LVIT (Linear Variable Inductance Transducer) position sensors are rugged devices designed for demanding industrial and civil engineering applications. Utilizing contactless inductive technology, they offer a robust alternative to potentiometers and DC LVDTs. Their simple coil design, captive connecting rod, and thick-walled housing provide superior durability, a wider operating temperature range, and greater resistance to vibration and shock compared to DC-LVDTs. The proprietary SenSet range adjustment process allows users to easily match the sensor's zero and full-scale output to the specific application's range of motion.
