The HRPS Hall-Effect Rotary Position Sensor offers 360-degree absolute position feedback with endless mechanical rotational angle and no dead band. It maintains position on power loss and supports configurable electrical angles from 50 to 360 degrees. Featuring true, contactless operation, this sensor is easily assembled and calibrated with limited wear and tear due to the absence of gears or mechanical interfaces. The integrated shaft securely fastens the magnet, acting as the sole moving component. Designed for harsh environments, the HRPS series is a cost-effective, non-contacting position sensing solution suitable for applications in transportation, industrial, and marine sectors. Its fully sealed and flanged-mounted design ensures easy positioning, while its versatility is enhanced by configurable angular ranges, different pin-out options, and support for low and high-voltage power supplies. The durable and robust design provides an extra-long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles, with a rugged package protecting against dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
