The HRPS Hall-Effect Rotary Position Sensor is a cost-effective, non-contacting position sensing solution designed for harsh environments in transportation, industrial, and marine applications. It offers 360-degree absolute position feedback with endless mechanical rotational angle and no dead band, retaining position on power loss. The sensor features true, contactless operation without gears, ensuring easy assembly, calibration, and limited wear. Its integrated shaft design securely fastens the magnet as the sole moving component. The HRPS is fully sealed and flanged mounted for versatile positioning, with configurable angular ranges from 50 to 360 degrees, various pin-out options, and support for low and high-voltage power supplies. Its durable and robust design provides an extra-long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles and is protected against dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
