The Piher Sensing Systems PSC-360 is a cost-effective, high-performance, non-contacting magnetic rotary angle and position sensor designed for demanding automotive, off-road, marine, medical, and industrial applications. It offers an absolute position feedback up to 360 degrees with a simple and robust magnetic design, overcoming the limitations of traditional potentiometric solutions like wear and limited electrical angles. The sensor provides high resolution (up to 14-bit), ratiometric analog or PWM outputs, and endless rotation. Its sealed construction and protection against dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures make it ideal for harsh environments. The PSC-360 features self-diagnostic capabilities, over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection, and extended voltage input supply values. A configurable switch output and true full redundant versions are available as options for enhanced functionality and reliability.
