The Piher HCSP-1BS family of open-loop current sensors utilizes Hall effect technology to provide a ratiometric analog output voltage signal proportional to the measured AC and DC current. Designed for busbar mounting, these sensors offer non-intrusive measurement with galvanic separation between power and control circuits. They are ideal for accurate current measurement in automotive battery management and motor control applications, including EV motor inverters and DC/DC converters. The HCSP-1BS series supports a wide current measuring range from 200 A to 1.500 A and operates reliably within an extended temperature range of -40C to +125C.
