The BSF3-ICV2L series of current sensors from BYD Microelectronics Co., Ltd. are designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, pulsed, and mixed currents. They provide galvanic isolation between the high-power primary circuit and the electronic secondary circuit. These sensors utilize the Hall effect measuring principle, offering low power consumption, an extended measuring range, and an insulated plastic case recognized according to UL 94-V0.
Advantages: Very good linearity, excellent accuracy, low temperature drift, wide frequency bandwidth, optimized response time, no insertion losses, high immunity against external interference, and excellent performance and price ratio.
Industrial Applications: AC variable speed drives, battery-supplied applications, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), power supplies for welding applications, static converters for DC motor drives, and Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
