The CZ-3A05 is an open-type current sensor utilizing Hall sensors to provide an analog voltage output proportional to AC/DC current. It features a coreless, ultra-small surface mount package for space-saving designs and high-accuracy, high-speed current sensing thanks to its Group III-V semiconductor thin film Hall sensor. The sensor boasts low primary conductor resistance, enabling a continuous current rating of 50Arms with suppressed heat generation. It incorporates a built-in stray magnetic field reduction function to mitigate accuracy degradation from disturbed magnetic fields and a dual overcurrent detection function. The CZ-3A05 series is UL 61800-5-1 safety compliant, making it ideal for industrial AC drives, servo motors, and applications requiring input to a 3.3V AD converter. The series offers a wide range of linear measurement capabilities across different models, allowing for consistent board designs.
