The AGP10 series is a piezoresistive vacuum gauge designed for medium and low vacuum measurement. It utilizes a high-precision, high-stability diffused silicon oil-filled sensor core with an integrated electronic controller and sensor module. Leveraging the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor materials and their elastic deformation properties, combined with sophisticated packaging and assembly processes, the AGP10 series ensures quality and performance. This series offers analog voltage output, characterized by high accuracy, excellent stability, strong corrosion resistance, good repeatability, light weight, and low maintenance costs. It is suitable for applications such as vacuum drying, vacuum packaging, vacuum welding, vacuum coating, metal smelting, and photovoltaic equipment.

Output Characteristics
The AGP10 series provides a DC voltage output (V) that is a function of vacuum pressure (P in Torr).
For 1000 Torr Range: P = (V - 1) * 250
For 100 Torr Range: P = (V - 1) * 25
Important Usage Notes

Ensure all vacuum sealing components and surfaces are clean and undamaged.
Users should possess professional knowledge for correct operation.
KF16 flange connectors are mandatory.
While all mounting orientations are supported, avoid inverted installation to prevent dust/dirt ingress into the sensor.
Consult the manufacturer for zero-point calibration details.
Do not use for measurements other than those specified.
Avoid dirty, corrosive, or flammable/explosive environments.
Do not install replaced parts or modify the instrument without authorization.
Do not exceed the maximum allowable pressure.
