The AH3781 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC with an internal pull-up resistor. It is designed for applications such as brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial, consumer home appliance, and personal care sectors. The device operates over a wide supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features chopper stabilization for temperature stability and minimal switch point drift. It offers robustness with Zener clamps on the supply and output, an output overcurrent limit, and is available in SOT23 and SIP-3 packages.
