The Y 4913G is a high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall-effect switch fabricated using mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features micro-power consumption, a wide operating voltage range of 2.0V to 5.0V, and a chopper-stabilized amplifier stage. The device is designed to detect both north and south poles of a magnet, offering a solid-state switching solution for various applications. Its internal circuitry includes a voltage regulator, sleep/awake logic for low power consumption, temperature compensation, a small-signal amplifier, a dynamic offset cancellation system, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output. The output switches on when the magnetic flux density exceeds the operating point (Bop) and remains on until it drops below the release point (Brp). Typical power consumption is 20W at 3.3V, and it operates within a temperature range of -40C to 85C.
