The HAR 37xy is a robust, fully redundant (dual-die) programmable 2D position sensor family utilizing TDK-Micronas proprietary 3D HAL technology. Featuring two independent dies in a single package, it offers synchronous measurement outputs and enhanced reliability for safety-critical applications. The sensor is sensitive to magnetic fields applied orthogonally and in parallel to the chip surface, enabling advanced position detection for linear and rotary measurements. Its arbitrary programmable characteristic, with up to 33 setpoints, allows for precise linearization and customization of output signals.
