It integrates a temperature detection element, constant current circuit, and high-accuracy reference voltage source on a single chip, enabling temperature detection with 2.5C accuracy without complex design. Features include a power-down function, low thermal resistance package, and ESD rating of 8kV. It offers both analog output and thermostat power output, making it suitable for heat detection and temperature monitoring applications.
