Storage: Store in original packaging between -25C to +45C with relative humidity <75% (average) and max 95%. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, and corrosive gases. Use within 12 months (SMD) or 24 months (leaded) after shipment for optimal soldering performance.
Handling: Prevent dropping to avoid damage. Use gloves and avoid touching with bare hands. Prevent surface contamination.
Soldering: Use resin-type or non-activated flux. Ensure proper preheating to avoid ceramic cracks. Avoid rapid cooling by dipping in solvent. Completely remove flux residue after soldering.
