The EC4-20-PH3 is a Phosphine Electrochemical Sensor designed for accurate detection of phosphine gas. It offers a performance range of 0 to 20 ppm with a maximum overload capacity of 100 ppm. The sensor exhibits a sensitivity of 800-2000 nA/ppm PH3 and a low zero output in air at 20 C (<0.5 ppm PH3). It provides a resolution of 0.1 ppm PH3 and operates linearly across its specified range. With a response time (t90) of less than 60 seconds and long-term output drift of less than 2% signal/month, this sensor is suitable for applications requiring reliable and stable phosphine monitoring. It is designed to be RoHS compliant and comes with a 2-year warranty.
