The CMFA 104F3950 is a chip NTC thermistor from Nanjing Shiheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +125, this component offers precise temperature sensing capabilities with a nominal zero-power resistance of 100k at 25 and a B constant of 3950K (25/50). Its compact 0603 (A) size (1.6x0.8mm) makes it suitable for various electronic applications requiring accurate temperature monitoring and control.

Notes & Warnings
The series thermistors shall not be operated and stored under the following environmental conditions: Corrosive or deoxidized atmospheres (such as chlorine, sulfurated hydrogen, ammonia, sulfuric acid, nitric oxide and so on), volatile or inflammable atmospheres, dusty condition, excessive high or low pressure condition, humid site, places with brine, oil, chemical liquid or organic solvent, intense vibration, and places with analogously deleterious conditions.
The ceramic body of the series thermistors is fragile; no excessive pressure or impact shall be exerted on it.
The series thermistors shall not be operated beyond the specified Operating Temperature Range in the catalog.
