The SCC2230-D08 is a high-performance combined angular rate and accelerometer sensor component from Murata Electronics Oy. It integrates a Z-axis angular rate sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer, both based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is handled by a mixed-signal ASIC, providing angular rate and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface. The component is designed for demanding applications requiring high stability, reliability, and quality, with stable output across a wide range of temperature, humidity, and vibration. It features extensive self-diagnostics and is suitable for SMD mounting.
