The AXUV16ELG is a 16-element photodiode designed for electron detection, featuring a 40-pin Dual-In-Line Package. It is ideal for applications requiring sensitive detection across a broad spectral range from Deep UV to Mid-IR. The photodiode comes with a protective cover plate to safeguard the array and wire bonds during handling and shipping.
