It is rigorously calibrated and comprehensively tested before shipment to meet diverse customer needs and large-scale applications. The AGS0302 is widely used in refrigeration equipment and cold chain systems, including refrigerators, freezers, and fresh food display cabinets, by real-time monitoring and sensing changes in odor gas concentrations within the internal air to provide accurate and reliable data for a safer and more comfortable user experience.
Avoid water contact or submersion, as it can degrade performance or cause damage.
Prolonged exposure to high concentrations of VOCs (e.g., butane, hydrocarbons, hydrogen) can cause severe damage.
High CO2 concentrations may have a slight impact.
Avoid excessive airflow or direct drafts, which can lead to inaccurate measurements.
Do not exceed the working voltage (5.5V max) and ensure correct polarity to prevent permanent damage.
Avoid exposure to alkaline, acidic environments, halogen-containing substances, and volatile silicon compounds, as these can cause irreversible damage or reduced sensitivity.
Long-term exposure to extreme conditions (high humidity, temperature, pollution) can severely affect performance.
Frequent, excessive vibration or strong impacts may cause internal connection failures.
Use high-quality shielded cables for signal transmission to ensure communication distance and quality.
After initial power-up or prolonged disconnection, allow sufficient stabilization time (30-60 minutes) for accurate readings.
Intermittent power supply may lead to inaccurate measurements; continuous power is required for continuous monitoring.
