Product Overview
The KP264 is a miniaturized Digital Barometric Air Pressure Sensor IC utilizing a capacitive principle. It features surface micromachining with integrated signal conditioning in BiCMOS technology, converting pressure into a 10-bit digital value transmitted via an SPI interface. An integrated temperature sensor also provides 10-bit temperature information. The sensor includes a diagnostic mode for testing sensor cells and signal paths, easily triggered via SPI command. Packaged in a green SMD housing, it is primarily designed for barometric air pressure measurement but is suitable for various applications requiring high accuracy, sensitivity, and reliability, including automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors.
