The KP226N3622 is a miniaturized Analog Manifold Air Pressure Sensor IC utilizing a capacitive principle and surface micromachining technology. It features an integrated signal conditioning circuit in BiCMOS technology, converting pressure into a ratiometric analog output signal. With a calibrated transfer function from 20 kPa to 400 kPa outputting 0.2 V to 4.8 V, this sensor offers high accuracy ( 4.0 kPa), a wide temperature range (-40 C to 140 C), and broken wire detection. Packaged in a green 8-pin SMD housing, it is automotive qualified and suitable for manifold air pressure measurement in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
