The Infineon KP236N6165 is a miniaturized analog absolute pressure sensor IC designed for barometric air pressure measurement. Utilizing a capacitive, surface micromachined principle with integrated BiCMOS signal conditioning, it converts pressure into a ratiometric analog output voltage. The device offers high precision sensing ( 1.0 kPa) across a wide temperature range (-40 C to 125 C) and features broken wire detection. Its calibrated transfer function, from 60 kPa to 165 kPa, outputs a voltage from 0.2 V to 4.8 V. Packaged in a green 8-pin SMD housing, it is automotive qualified and suitable for advanced automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
