The MLX90817 is a high-accuracy, ratiometric analog output absolute pressure sensor IC. Packaged in a system-in-a-package (SiP) design, it integrates MEMS, analog front-end and back-end circuitry, a 16-bit microcontroller, and voltage regulators. It is designed for automotive applications with a wide operating temperature range and features automotive qualification, diagnostic capabilities, and factory calibration or reconfigurability for customized applications. The sensor is available in a rugged 4x5mm DFN package.
