The Honeywell ABP Series are high-accuracy, compensated, and amplified piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors designed for board-mount applications. These sensors offer a ratiometric analog or digital output, suitable for measuring gage and differential pressures across a wide range of 60 mbar to 10 bar (1 psi to 150 psi). They are calibrated and temperature-compensated for offset, sensitivity, and accuracy errors by an on-board ASIC, ensuring reliable performance within a 0C to 50C compensated temperature range. The ABP Series is available in both dry gas and liquid media options, with the latter featuring a protective gel coating for non-corrosive liquids and condensation resistance. Key features include industry-leading long-term stability and accuracy, compact size (as small as 8 mm x 7 mm), and options for internal diagnostics, sleep mode, and temperature output. These sensors are compliant with REACH and RoHS standards and certified for food safety in North America, Europe, and Asia. Applications span medical (CPAP, ventilators), industrial (HVAC, pneumatic control), and commercial (washing machines, coffee makers) sectors.
