The A19350 is a high-accuracy Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) Wheel Speed and Direction Sensor IC designed for user-friendly two-wire applications requiring precise speed and direction information. It integrates high-sensitivity GMR sensor elements and high-precision BiCMOS circuits on a single silicon chip, offering superior accuracy and low magnetic field operation. The device features an integrated capacitor for enhanced EMC robustness and a SolidSpeed Digital Architecture for advanced algorithms and vibration immunity. It provides flexible orientation for xMR or Hall replacement and boasts an ASIL B(D) rating due to integrated diagnostics and a certified safety design process. The A19350 utilizes a two-wire current source output pulse-width protocol for speed, direction, and ASIL reporting, with built-in EEPROM for device traceability throughout production.
