The H21A_ and H22A_ series are single-channel optoelectronic slotted interrupter switches featuring a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. These switches operate by interrupting infrared light transmission with opaque objects, switching the output from ON to OFF. Designed for high gain and excellent ambient light rejection, they are housed in a polycarbonate case for enhanced reliability and cost-effectiveness. The devices offer a 3mm gap between the LED and detector, making them suitable for various automated and sensing applications.
