The TLE5x09A16(D) series are analog AMR/GMR angle sensors designed for contactless angular position sensing in safety-critical automotive and non-automotive applications. They utilize Magneto Resistive (MR) elements to detect magnetic field orientation, providing sine and cosine output voltages. These sensors offer high accuracy, immune to airgap variations, and are available in single and dual-die configurations for redundancy. They are suitable for high-speed, high-accuracy demands like BLDC motors and electric power steering, as well as low-power turn counting applications.
