The TLE4941C is a differential two-wire Hall Effect sensor IC designed for wheel speed applications in modern vehicle dynamics control systems and ABS. It offers a two-wire current interface, fast power-up, low cut-off frequency, and excellent accuracy and sensitivity for harsh automotive environments. Utilizing BiCMOS technology, it integrates active sensor areas and signal conditioning circuitry, featuring optimized piezo compensation and dynamic offset compensation for easy manufacturing and magnet offset elimination. An overmolded 1.8 nF capacitor enhances EMI performance.
