The TLE4997A8(D) is a programmable single/dual die linear Hall sensor IC designed for highly accurate angle and position detection. It features a ratiometric analog output signal, ideal for A/D conversion with the supply voltage as a reference. The device utilizes BiCMOS technology with high voltage capability and reverse polarity protection, incorporating a 16-bit DSP for digital signal processing, along with digital temperature and analog stress compensation for excellent stability over temperature and lifetime.
