The TONYU DYWH-PT26-21B/CT is a miniature SMD (Surface Mount Device) phototransistor featuring a black, flat-top lens. Notes and Precautions
Soldering: Handle with care due to soft potting material. Recommended reflow soldering conditions (Pb-free). Maximum two reflow cycles. For hand soldering, use irons below 20W and temperatures below 360C, with soldering time not exceeding 3 seconds per terminal. Avoid touching the lens at high temperatures and do not apply mechanical force after soldering.
ESD Countermeasure: Implement proper grounding and anti-static measures (wrist bands, mats, etc.) to prevent damage from static electricity and surge voltage.
Reverse Voltage Protection: Limit reverse voltage to below 10V to prevent damage and rapid increase in reverse leakage current.
Cleaning: Recommended cleaning with alcohol (anhydrous ethanol) at temperatures below 30C for 3 minutes or 50C for 30 seconds. Confirm solvent compatibility before use.
Storage: Store unopened packages at 5-30C with <60% relative humidity. Use opened packages within 24 hours. Dehumidify at 60C 5C for 12 hours if necessary. Sealed product is valid for one year.
Handling: Avoid direct handling with bare hands. Do not apply excessive pressure, especially during high-temperature operations. For PCB design, align pads perpendicular to the PCB extension direction for flexible boards to reduce stress. The epoxy resin encapsulation is fragile; avoid scratching or friction.
