The CND0333A is an Infrared Optical Module (IrDA) designed for infrared data links in cellular phones and peripheral devices. It features IrDA Ver.1.4 compliance, a light-emitting function for remote controllers, and supports low I/O interface voltage (1.5 V). Its ultra-small top-view package makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. The module integrates a GaAlAs LED, IC, and PIN Photodiode, and is compliant with the RoHS Directive.
