Q: For circulating water containing a small amount of oil, will the iron remover get clogged by grease?

A: No. The WT series features a combination of robust scrapers and high-pressure reverse flushing, effectively stripping magnetic impurities adhered to by oil and grease. For conditions with higher oil content, we can recommend pre-oil removal devices or provide magnetic rods with special surface treatment.

Q: How to handle the iron-containing sludge discharged from equipment cleaning?

A: The equipment drain port can be directly connected to the factory's sewer line or sludge collection pit. The discharged impurities are highly concentrated and small in volume, significantly reducing the total amount of subsequent sludge treatment. It is an efficient pretreatment method.
