Product Overview

The Electromagnetic Drum Magnetic Separator is a highly efficient and continuous iron removal device that utilizes electromagnetic excitation technology to achieve continuous adsorption and automatic separation of ferromagnetic impurities from materials through a rotating magnetic drum. When powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates a strong magnetic field, creating a high-gradient magnetic field on the surface of the magnetic drum. As materials pass through the magnetic drum, ferromagnetic impurities are powerfully adsorbed onto its surface. As the drum rotates, these impurities are carried to the non-magnetic zone and automatically fall off, enabling continuous iron removal operations. The device is suitable for the iron removal and purification of dry materials such as powders, granules, and flakes, and is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemicals, construction materials, and food processing.
