Slurry Electromagnetic Filter for New Energy Materials

I. Product Overview

The high-gradient slurry electromagnetic filter, specially designed for new energy slurries such as lithium battery cathode/anode materials, lithium iron phosphate, and ternary materials, adopts a three-in-one wet iron removal solution of "electromagnetic excitation + high-gradient adsorption + automatic cleaning". It accurately meets the stringent requirements of the new energy industry for high-purity and continuous production of slurries. When powered on, the equipment generates a strong background magnetic field of 3500-10000 Gauss through electromagnetic coils, and forms a high-intensity magnetic field gradient with 430 stainless steel mesh/matrix magnetic permeable medium, strongly adsorbing ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities. After adsorption saturation, it automatically cuts off power for demagnetization, rinses and discharges impurities. It can realize 24-hour uninterrupted production through dual-machine parallel connection, with no manual intervention throughout the process, building a solid barrier for the purity of battery materials.

II. Product Advantages

1. High Purity Guarantee: Efficiently removes micron-level magnetic impurities, eliminates the impact of ferromagnetic contamination on battery capacity, cycle life and safety, and helps products meet industry high-purity standards.
2. Continuous Operation Adaptability: Automatically switches the "adsorption-cleaning-regeneration" process. The dual-machine parallel design meets the high-capacity requirements of new energy production lines and avoids production capacity loss caused by shutdown for impurity cleaning.
3. Low Pollution Adaptability: The physical adsorption method does not change the chemical properties of the slurry. Material-contacting parts can be optional 316L stainless steel, with no consumable pollution, conforming to the clean production requirements of battery materials.
4. Stable and Easy Maintenance: The oil-cooled internal circulation cooling system ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment. The automatic cleaning mechanism reduces manual maintenance costs, adapting to the automated management needs of new energy workshops.

Provided 12 customized slurry electromagnetic filters for a large new energy material enterprise, adapting to the lithium iron phosphate slurry production line with a processing capacity of 50m³/h. Q1: Can the equipment adapt to high-viscosity lithium battery slurries?
A1: It can adapt to lithium battery slurries with a viscosity of ≤5000mPa·s. By optimizing the structure of the magnetically permeable medium and the slurry flow path, it ensures adsorption efficiency without affecting slurry fluidity, and can be customized and adjusted according to the actual slurry viscosity.
Q2: How to switch operations in dual-machine parallel mode?
A2: Automatic switching is realized through the intelligent PLC control system. When one device is performing cleaning and regeneration, the other device seamlessly takes over the operation with a switching time of ≤30 seconds, no manual operation is required throughout the process, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the production line.
Q3: What is the maintenance cycle of the equipment?
A3: Routine cleaning is required 1-2 times a week, and the magnetically permeable medium should be inspected and replaced every 6-12 months, depending on the impurity content of the slurry. The company provides free maintenance guidance and regular inspection services.
