The core of the self-cleaning liquid pipeline iron remover is a magnetic rod/magnetic core assembly (permanent magnet or electromagnetic) embedded in the pipeline, combined with an automatic backwashing or scraper cleaning mechanism. When the liquid or slurry flows through the magnetic area in the pipeline, the ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the surface of the magnet by the strong magnetic field. Once the preset time or pressure difference threshold is reached, the cleaning system will automatically start——Electromagnetic type can be de-magnetized by cutting off the power supply first. Then, through the backwashing water flow or the scraper, impurities are removed and separated. The impurities are discharged through the sewage outlet. The entire cleaning process does not require a shutdown, achieving continuous online iron removal.
